“You have chosen to live in a physical world and are affected by the energies that surround you. Vibrational levels vary. Sometimes they are uplifting and other times, not so much. At times you grapple with those energy shifts, seeking ways to work through them. Negative feelings occur when the vibrational energy of love, the heart energy, is low. You find ways to raise your energy level to return to living from the heart. It is a state of being that humanity has striven to attain, the Divine connection while embodied. It is now within your grasp. Know how much you are loved. I am at your side.”

"Beloved sisters and brothers, you are divine beings. You are all part of God. You are powerful creators; a gift God has given you. Some of you are beginning to understand, embrace and engage that. Your creative ability is not always readily apparent because on the earth plane there is a pause between the act of creation and its manifestation. This can cause one to disbelieve the process. I will offer that you experience what you create. Sometimes that occurs at the conscious level and other times, at a deeper level. When you create from the heart, you are expressing your creative ability at the deepest and most loving level. When you do not create at all levels of your being in unity, the result can be mixed. That is, if some part of your being: mind, body and spirit is resisting, you will not bring forth the intended result. Focus and intent are the keys."

"At this time on Earth hope can seem to be in short supply. Yet doesn’t each day begin with hope - hope for a happy day, a productive day, a day filled with love? A feeling of hopelessness occurs when, in the face of negativity or such things as tragedy or trauma, one does not believe that on an individual basis they can make a difference. That is not so. I will say that each person impacts the whole. Sending out positive thoughts and energy changes everything. You can impact everything that exists, everything that is happening, just by focusing on extending positive intent outward from yourself."

"I wish to speak of love, which is what you are. You incarnated on earth at this time to illuminate your world through your light and your love. Your great spiritual masters and teachers have done so throughout your history. You can spread your light and love in everything you do, every day and everywhere. Be the messenger that you are. All that you experience has been created at some level by you, although you might not see immeditately the result of your creations. That is, in part, due to the density of the earth plane on which you exist and the consistency of the choices you make during an act of creation."

"When you intend to create, you will experience the anticipated outcome if you consciously and consistently create at all levels of your being. If that is not case due to fear, resistance or unclear direction to the universe, the results you experience will be just that, inconsistent. If you choose at all levels consistently, you will experience what you intended. Given the density of your environment, there is generally a time lag between your intention and your experience. A way to simplify and move forward is to consider your intention in your heart. Hold and send forth your intention from there. Release any thoughts or feelings that are not consistent with your intention."

"You are stepping into a new realm, a spiritual realm. It is new for you at this time, unfamiliar and at times a bit disquieting. You are at the point of reclaiming the full potential of who you are. And who you are is God, an empowered, creative being who, at this time, has chosen to incarnate on earth in human form.
